"Train the teachers" is the new course aimed at those who, within the Sant'Anna School of Pisa, carry out training activities. The course, which begins on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at 2 p.m., in Room 14 of Via Cardinale Maffi of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, was created by an agreement between the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna and the Tuscany Region as a line of the project "E-SantAnna Community", funded by the Region under the "Measure FSC - Projects in support of university attendance in the context of the health emergency covid".

The training course "Train the teachers" provides for the activation of two training courses: the basic course, lasting 32 hours, is aimed at young teachers of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna (researchers, research fellows with less than three years of activity as teachers in their curriculum), to students of the School who carry out Phd paths and those who carry out teaching activities as trainers for less than three years. The course is aimed at offering them an initial operational toolkit to design a training course, organize a lesson and manage a classroom.

The advanced course, lasting 24 hours, will begin in April and is aimed at teachers and researchers of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna in service for more than three years. The course is also open to those who have already completed the basic course and to those who have been teaching at the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna for more than three years.
The course is designed to offer them methods and tools to implement effective training actions, even in blended mode, in line with the expectations of users and the evolution of the external context.
